Thoughtful, friendly and compassionate staff. When our puppy was very sick, the staff did everything to save his life and make him better. They went above and beyond and did not nickel and dime us. The puppy's health was the most important thing to them. With their determination our wonderful little puppy made it and is now a wonderful 1 1/2 year old 90 pound cuddlebug. After all that our Jack had gone through he still enjoys meeting the staff and is not fearful of the vet. This says a lot as far as I am concerned. The vets take the time to explain things and do not pressure to "buy" any procedure or product. I have great respect for their expertise and patience in answering any concerns I may have. We need more vets like this and awesome staff. Thank you for caring

I am always satisfied with the service I get from Dr. Terry and Dr. Jiri and the girls! They are very competent veterinarians and always take the time to explain the different tests available for my dog.

both vets are great.Jiri is a very nice man and great with animals he really puts you at ease.Terry is a very knowlagable vet and knows alot about mutrition and alternative diets for pets.

Dr. Jiri Svoboda is an knowledgeable vet. Takes time to explain any treatment offered. A very friendly approachable Dr. His associate Dr. Terry Boys is a gruff non approachable vet. Boardering on rude at times. He should stick to working with farm animals. If you use this clinic definately ask for Dr. Jiri he is the greatest.
