It is true, this place is ridiculously overpriced and sadly has no real options for someone who can't pay up front right away but that's not what bothers me the most. We have an older cat who's just tiny and we were worried about her (she's 17 years old +) as she had been acting odd. The vet who treated her was AWFUL..no care or consideration for her, yanked her limbs hard (I've never seen a vet do that) and was just, in my eyes, almost sadistically uncaring about her. Thankfully nothing was wrong...but she will never go back there, ever. Sadly there aren't many choices to choose from and an emergency with our dog brought us back there for surgery which they did well...but charged us through the nose for! We strive hard NOT to take our animals here.

RUN A WAY.......I understand that they need to pay for there new building, but charging $1500.00 to remove a sist on my dogs eye and an X-Ray of his hip was crazy. We did set up a payment plan and was late w/ payment and we reseived screaming message on our phone and threats she was going to come over to our house and she hope our dog doesn't get sick on the weekend, because they are the only Vet that are open.......RUN

Real sad to see this animal hospital was rated poorly due to someone's financial hardship, not being able to afford to treat their own animal and put the blame on the hospital. This hospital has always shown professionalism and have always treated me pet great. Unfortunately it does cost money to have animals and they do expect payment at time of service. We do not go to grocery stores and leave with food then pay later. Why should they provide service and expect payment later. They went to veterinary school to be able to make a living.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET IN!! They charge way way too much and don't care if you can't pay right away. They'll tell you the exam is $50, then add on a dozen more charges for a simple blood and urinalysis. They botched up the first blood test and took a second one which I'm sure I was doubly charged for. They charged me $355 for squeezing pee and blood out of my poor cat, diagnosed him with diabetes, told me if I didn't give him shots he could die, then refused to give him any treatment at all until I payed it ALL. Credit was another option which I do not have, and no other chance for a payment plan. I would not have been charged that much for ME at a hospital. They are CROOKS who play on your emotions & don't care at all about your pet. They should have been honest about what they really charge. Well they won't see one dime from me! STAY AWAY. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY and LOTS OF IT or they'll let your pet die.
