The telephone booking was pleasant and the receptionist was thorough and friendly. They were able to fit us in the same day as we were traveling. Dr. Botyari was very good at explaining his findings after our 13 yo Yorkie’s exam. He answered our extensive questions well and asked a lot of his own to get some history and understanding of our dog. All the staff seemed concerned and caring. The price we paid for the exam and treatment was fair and frankly a lot more reasonable than some other veterinary clinics we have visited. We highly recommend Dr. Botyari and the Champlain Animal Clinic.

Dr. Mahdi is a wonderful vet; kind, compassionate and very attentive to our senior dog’s personal quirks. He will not up-sell you or recommend expensive interventions for the sake of it. When the time came, he made a house call to make sure our dog’s passing was calm and comfortable. I cannot day enough good things about this vet and his clinic. We follow Dr Mahdi from North Vancouver. We take our cat to this vet and we know he is in good hands.

Dr. Mahdi is compassionate while still being efficient. He treated my very old cat as though she was a princess, and supported a decision that quality of life is more important than quantity at this stage of her life. It is a pleasure to have him care for my cats.

Took both of my dogs to this clinic. Dr. Mahdi was extremely compassionate towards my senior dogs. He spend good amount of time examining them and counselled me on my treatment options.will definitely go back.

This is the best vet in the lower mainland. The Dr. and staff really care very much about their patients (pets).

Dr Watt and his staff are always pleasant. We have been going to this clinic for years and all our pets needs have been met. I like the fact that the doctors don't sugar coat anything, but at the same time are very compassionate. They are extremely knowledgeable and caring. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

The new doctor made sure he addressed all my concerns and was very gentle with my cat. He called me up a few days later to follow up my cat's condition and made sure everything was fine. I am VERY SATISFIED with the service!
