Dr Paul and his staff are extremely professional. He knows his stuff. We decided to go to him bc of bad experiences with vets in area who kept running tests, adding fees, never able to accurately figure out what was going on and who have unqualified technicians. This place is meticulously clean. Same staff for years. Dedicated and committed. Everyone is professional and knows their stuff. Would never go anywhere else. Keep up the good work. Don't change a thing! You folks have heart! We love you. Thank you so much for caring for our babies.

Dr. Paul and his staff are extremely good at what they do. I have been bringing my dog Toby to Dr. Paul for 4 years since I moved to Niagara Falls. People on this forum seem to want to rate vets on their bedside manor or interest in money. Dr. Paul's interest lies in your pets health. He speaks for your pet and doesn't mince words Remember, your pet can't speak for itself. Let Dr. Paul and his staff do their work and keep your pet healthy. He has never steered me wrong.

Dr. Paul and staff are amazing! He knows his stuff very well. He is very scientific. Some people may not understand that, but he cares for the animals very much. Been going to him for years. Reliable; friendly, qualified and very caring staff to the animals with a care that others could learn from I think. Prices are not inexpensive but worth it because I know I am getting the best advice and service. He is worth every cent. The hospital is always very sterile. I always feel safe leaving my pet there. Thank you.

I have to give this vet a failing grade. All the negative comments stated in other reviews are correct. I also know this vet to not only be rude and condescending but he does not care about your animal at all. the last visit he lied to us and his comments proved absolutely he was all about the money. Dr Paul's statements to me were so far from the truth I know for a fact hes either just about the money or hes a quack. Yes he may have been a knowledgeable vet at one time. One visit to him and you will see he is one of those people that are so weird it makes you uncomfortable. Hes only getting stranger with age - he is very creepy and very very weird. Avoid Dr.Paul at all costs.

I had a great experience at this clinic. Although the head veterinarian is a tab bit unfriendly, he is extremely knowledgeable and knows what he is talking about. I like how he recomends different perscription food to fix a problem, rather than injecting my dog with a crazy amount of drugs. The technician there was overall very friendly and great with my animal. I really do recomend this clinic, although they are a tab bit more expencive.

I have major issues with the Vet at this clinic and DO NOT recommend it to anyone. The Vet made me feel like I was mistreating my dog because she was not on the recommended food that he basically demanded I buy, which after some research come to find out is not a good food at all, as well he kept adding more and more things that I needed to be paying extra for. He also never once talked to my puppy, which to me is crazy the nurses were very nice, but due to the vets lack of interest in my dog and his total interest in what I should be buying and treating me like I was an idiot, I will NEVER go back there. He had the nerve to advise me I was not competent enough to read a label and know what I should be looking for in a dog food... This from a man trying to sell me a 70.00 bag of food where the main ingredient was CORN.. Totally disappointed and spent $700.00 on a check up, heart worm and spaying.
