Do not trust them with your pet. They are so incentive and ignorant of the comfort and well-being of your pet. And they treat animals the way that comforts them not the animal. The pain and awkward situation that they put an animal in, doesn't bother them at all, instead, they defend their action and don't take responsibility. Don’t leave your pets that cannot say anything with them.

as a recent client I do believe they are a good veterinary clinic relating to 3 of the 4 criteria, the lone exception being a recent staffing issue...my pup was issued meds where prescription stated on pill per day.The problem was the pill was double the prescribed dose amount and after giving the dose I realized the mistake and called the clinic and spoke to a Dr. who stated to call back if I noticed any negative reactions and that she would call back in the morning....thankfully there was no obvious negative reactions and to top it off no call back from the Dr. either....hoping this is a one off situation but will be sure to confirm meds are what has been prescribed in the future.

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH! The veterinarians and vet tech went above and beyond my expectations. They answered all my questions in a caring, professional manner. The care they provided for my dog was exemplary. My dog had to have seventeen teeth extracted. Everyone in the clinic is friendly and personable. Instructions were clear for medication that needed to be administered and a follow-up phone call the morning after was appreciated. Prices are very fair and reasonable. I love this clinic! Thank you to all for your kind treatment.

I have generally been pleased with this clinic. There has been a lot of turnover of veterinarians here and if you need an urgent appointment you are unlikely to get the same vet. The clinic is very business like - often doesn't have medications on hand so be prepared for substitutions or to order well in advance.

Our Boston Terrier has mast cell tumors which were operated by Davisville Park Animal Hospital two (2) years ago. The surgery was successful. On June 19, 2016 our dog started shaking uncontrollably.
I brought him to Bayview Pet Services and the doctor of Indian nationality (sorry don't know his name) looked him over and advised it was due to the mast cell tumor with an ulcer reaction. I was skeptical only because the doctor went with my history explanation. I went home and the dog was still shaking.
On Monday, I called Dr. Avery who completed the surgery and explained the symptoms. He immediately diagnosed the problem over the PHONE without seeing the dog advising it has nothing to do with the cancer but a back and/or neck issue. I drove the 40 minutes back to Toronto to have Dr. Avery look him over and sure enough it was his neck! The dog would not lift his neck when prompted. We truly believe in Davisville Park and Dr. Avery. They saved our dog twice now!

On Wednesday August 7th 2013. my 2.5 years old Toy Chihuahua was in labor that went very wrong. She was in excruciating pain, had very bad contractions, but the baby wouldn't come out. I rushed to Davisville Animal Park Hospital and we were seen by Dr. Elizabeth Davis ( the most caring vet in Canada ). Dr. Davis kept my dog on observation for about 1 hour, and after that she told me that my dog needs immediate C-Section, otherwise she will die, because the puppy can't get out naturally. Dr.Davis showed her heart and true love for animals, and she did everything possible she could, to help my little girl. Thanks to Dr. Davis knowledge and fast performance, vets were able to perform C-Section and they save Mom and a Puppy, so now we are a happy big family. Thank you Dr. Davis, and God Bless You, you are a true vet and the most caring person I ever met. Maltais Family thanks you for that.

We are very pleased with the excellent care that our Shetland sheepdog puppy Munro is receiving from Dr. Elizabeth Davis. There front desk staff is exceptional.

These guys are great. I started taking my cat in upon the recommendation of a friend - back when they were only located in Leslieville. So glad they opened a location close to my place. They've been very accommodating for emergency vet runs, and price their (excellent) services very reasonably. And they don't overcharge or oversell products I don't really need.

This is the most amazing vet team i have every been around. They make everything easier and are amazing to deal with. They are kind and they care! Even if their prices weren't as good as they are, I would still go there! Amazing in every aspect.

I rescued a dog from animal services & was told I needed to have a vet check him out within 72hrs. I called 3 clinics in my area & none had an appointment available for 4 days. Davisville was happy to fit me in on the same day I called. The staff on the phone were very friendly, and even more so in person. I was hesitant about bringing my little guy in, but Dr. Jessica eased my worries & made me & my dog feel very welcome. The clinic is extremely clean & we didn't have to wait at all. Dr. Jessica was honest, thorough and extremely patient with the both of us. I'm not sure I would have found that kind of personal attention at a larger clinic. In terms of price, I don't have much to base it on, but when the bill came I was expecting it to be more. This little clinic is an undiscovered gem, & part of me hopes it stays that way!

I really do not want to write this review, because if I say all the nice things I want to say, then Dr. Steve will become famous, raise his prices and he'll become sooo busy we'll never get in to see him:) Seriously though, and most important, Dr. Avery is an intelligent vet, honest (rare) good memory, open minded, and for me personally, calming. He lets me speak, ask a zillion questions, doesn't get flustered and treats you like you are his one and only patient. He gives you his whole attention. If you need a quick answer, you can email him and if he is not in surgery he will return your phone call pretty fast. He doesn't push prescrption food etc. will work with you, what more could you ask? Don't change Dr. Avery; you're the best!

I found this clinic to be very reasonably priced compared to others in the area. The clinic is new and fresh looking and the staff are very helpful. We went there for a second opinion for our dog and were happy to find out that not only was the problem(based on the first opinion we got at our old vet) much less serious, it would also be much less expensive. I will definitely return and would recommend this vet to anyone in the area. They are a welcome addition to the neighbourhood.
