No set fee for a vet exam, seems to cost more each visit. I have called other practises and their fee is a set rate so I'm changing vets.

Took our dogs here for a couple of years from when they first opened- spent almost $20,000 (based on receipts) on treatment, food, and vaccinations. I can't even write the list of reasons I do not recommend them it makes me so angry. In short it is a money making business, pet care is important to them only to the extent of making money. Excessive tests with no conclusions, If you insist on going here then have your tests sent out for analysis vs done in house- you actually get reports with measurements of what is in the sample vs conjecture of what Rebele sees. Surgery was a problem here- near death for a dog.Further you will always wait for your scheduled appointment due to an "emergency" or no reason given at all. Do not call with an emergency though as they will be booked up and they can't fit you in. There facility is newer so it is clean and shiny, the reception staff is pleasant, Susan the manager is horrible, the doctors are friendly but not good at diagnosing or helping.

We brought our 6 mo kitten in for a neuter and 6 days later he died. It was an infection of the incisions that they had to make because one testicle hadn't dropped. We were given no antibiotics of any kind. We had paid $850 for this and of course they won't refund anything. It's just so shocking. Is this a good clinic? Maybe, but we checked with other vets after the fact and they have been saying that it's common to send any pet home with antibiotics after a surgery to fight off infection. I regret not knowing or insisting on this when we picked up our little guy.

Very happy with all the vets at this office. They have treated and continue to treat my 5 dogs, and in the past a cat.

Beautiful veterinary clinic; My dog and cat have seen many of the vets throughout the years. They are all outstanding, and amazing! This place is widely known in Maple Ridge area as being the best out here.

This is not our usual vet/hospital but since we're new to the area and our dog had a fever, so we went to this hospital. After they had taken blood work on our dog, the vet told us that our dog might have a lung infection or uterus infection and needed to be x-rayed right away. They were forcing us to do the x-ray which we didn't agree on. Beware of their pricing! We had gone instead to our usual vet for a check up and turns out our dog only has a flu. However, the area that the vet from Head to Tail had taken blood from formed a lump after a week and it bursted and started oozing blood. Never coming back to Head to Tail ever again. Would rather drive all the way to Burnaby to our usual vet who was more than helpful than have my dog suffer more.

Went to buy heat worm pills for my dog 10 minutes before closing shift. Asked a quick question about hot spots on my dog and was told I don't know you need to book an appointment with a vet. While paying I took out my money and was told she had already cashed out and asked if I could pay by any other means. I told her I only had cash. At this point she became rude and began huffing and puffing like I was asking for some sort of favor. After paying an outrageous $158 dollars I got home and open my 6 month supply of the wrong treatment. I will NEVER go here again, if they treat their paying customers like this I can't imagine bringing my dog here ever again. The employee I had the pleasure of dealing with was a white female, blonde hair, mid to late 20's medium build. NEVER AGAIN!! I would recommend that you bring your pet elsewhere.

I took my kitten here for his first shots without any issue. I tried to book his next appointment however they told me they'd call me closer to and remind me (due a month later). A month late they did call to remind me, however I work during business hours and had other issues and wasn't able to call them back. In a week and a half they had left 8 messages to "remind" me. I found this very annoying and almost harassing. When I called back and tried to explain this to the reception she argued with me stating my file said I'd only had 3 reminder phone calls (well I have all 8 in my voice mail) and was incredibly rude. I would not return to this vet and asked them to shred my file.

I really like this place. They treat my pets with care and I feel comfortable leaving my animals with them. I really appreciate that they do not rush me when I am there and I also like that they take the time to allow my pet to become accustomed to the place. I personally like all of the veterinarians working there and would recommend this place to everyone. I think it's a five star vet and judging by the other reviews, I am not the only one.

WORST ANIMAL HOSPITAL EVER! I took my sick kitten in to get examined, Dr. Martin Rebele was his doctor, & I was told that my kitten wasn't going to make it. They put my kitten on hydromorphine (5x stronger than regular morphine) to the point where he was not moving and looked dead. I was told either he swallowed an unknown object or his intestines twisted & that the only way my kitten would live is if he had a surgery costing $1600 immediately. Ultimately, by their closing time I was kicked out and sent to another animal hospital since they were unable to help me in any way (other than making me broke and billing me $500 for a pain killer that I was against). I got ZERO help for the amount of money I spent on him. Went to SURREY ANIMAL HOSPITAL & they were beyond helpful!! Shockingly, nothing was even seriously wrong. Dr. Rebele is a terrible doctor & I will never be going back due to the lack of help, over-charging, and false heart-breaking news they gave me.

Love this bet hospital! My 8 year old budgie got sick and they squeezed me in right away at no extra cost! They are so sweet and so kind! Love the staff and environment!

Wow! What a beautiful clinic. Went in for a tour and will definatly be back. The staff were friendly and helpful. The prices were competitive. Finally!
