They are very compassionate and have treated my animals well but disappointed with overcharging and unnecessary vaccines. My dogs were both basically late for their yearly boosters - was told that because they were late they needed a second booster a month later. They basically got double boosters for no good reason. I was charged over $600 to vaccinate 2 dogs... completely outrageous. I was also misled to how much the second round of boosters would cost. In addition, I was not advised of the 2 optional vaccines my dogs received. I was never asked consent for the vaccines or informed that I'd be paying $160 extra for them in total.I only realized what happened when I saw our 2nd bill, I never would have consented to them if asked. I emailed the office and never received any kind of response... feel like they took advantage of my inexperience.

I have always taken my 8 animals to ABAH and they have consistently received the most compassionate, loving, knowledgeable and competent care. (Only once did I take a pet elsewhere to Timmins Animal Hospital, with horrific results warranting complaint to the board!) ABAH, on the other hand, is a group you can trust consistently with your loved ones!
