Dr. Cesar Lima is exceptional. He has shown much care and compassion even in some very dark hours. Letting me visit in the evening and giving me the time I needed with my fur baby without rushing me. I have bee using this clinic for 17 years for my fur babies and have always received good care from the vets and staff. I understand some comments from some not feeling welcomed or cared for because I feel that from one receptionist but I can say she is not involved in my babies care so I can overlook her behaviour. I know that the first person you should meet should be kind but past her they are lovely.

Very good service and very compassionate staff, I took a cat there to have him checked out. It turned out he had kidney failure and they told me he would have to have a special diet and drugs the rest of his life. I opted to have him put down and not only was the bill very reasonable (they ran tests on him and kept him for the weekend), but they gave me a room to be with him for as long as I wanted before putting him down.i don't understand the bad reviews here, I will continue gong her for all my pets in the future.

Took my cat in for a spay they basically butchered her, 6 inch long incision horrible bruising and they also gave her a mastectomy? She had 10 nipples when I dropped her off she came back with only 4

We have brought our pup there on three occasions, and so far we've had stellar services and care. The staff are very friendly, and very helpful and are always available to answer your questions. Highly recommend!

Just took a dog there to get a teeth cleaning knowing there would be atleast two teeth they needed to get pulled. The dog did have good teeth and were brushed frequently, however for some reason over the last couple weeks tartar began to build up and took over and rotted ome small tooth. Having heard how affordable and wonderful the services was here we booked an appointment promptly. We dropped the dog off in the morning and when we came to pick her up they didn't know what meds to give her and wouldn't let us see her till we paid them. Nearly $600 later one helper went to get the dog while other at the desk told us the whole top except the canines pretty much had been removed. We took her in to book an appointment and they checked it out and didnt think half her teeth had to be removed then. They were just too lazy to clean a small dogs tiny teeth and knew theyd make more money pulling teeth. And to top it off the dog was wet and scared and rough as hell when they brought her out.

I had gotten a dog from a farmer's oops litter and this was their clinic, so I decided to stay with them. However, I moved clinics when it came time to spay my dog because I didn't feel comfortable with leaving her at this clinic. First the parking is horrible. The vaccines may be cheap, but the customer service is minimum at best. The thing that really irked me is how the reception staff couldn't get my dog's information correct! Twice her birthday was changed from her actually bday to 2-3 weeks after (this caused confusion with her records at our new clinic about when vaccines were done; good thing I was on top of her records!) They also changed my female pup into a male on two different recorded occasions (on her 2nd set and at her BB appointment). It also took me 2 weeks! to get my records faxed to my new clinic! Each time I called for an update, they said they had faxed it already, but I knew they hadn't! All in all, they may be cheaper, but I'd rather pay more for great service!

Excellent staff, and very willing to accommodate after hours service. I have had dogs neutered there, large animals treated, and recently an after hours, emergency c-section at a much reduced price than in Lethbridge. Heather and her staff are very caring and careful with pets, and their owners. I much appreciated the several follow-up calls to ensure health of pets treated there. So worth the drive from Lethbridge.

Have taken very good care of my dogs over the years and have not gouged my pocketbook like other clinics such as Uplands in Lethbridge.

go to buffalo clinic in taber right off the service road by boston pizza vets name is heather 100% times better and profesional with way more knoledge and care
