If you take your pet to Sunset Hill Veterinary and Rehabilitation Center be prepared to have deep pockets. The doctors seem to be motivated by $$ rather than the quality of the pet's life. I have to say in spite of the doctors, the staff are amazingly kind and compassionate - Erica and Ashley in particular are true assets to the clinic. We have been patrons of Sunset Hill for approximately 2 years now - initially chose this clinic because of positive reviews, location and extended hours. We have recently moved our patronage to a new vet clinic that is not as conveniently located to our home, but the level of care will be better suited to our needs. We will not be returning to Sunset Hill. And no, I would not recommend this vet to a friend.

A very expensive clinic because of their rehab equipment - less than 2 years old, so lots of overhead. Dr. Lamb, the primary doc, is good with rehab and TERRIBLE for general practice. She always diagnoses one of 3 disorders and runs lots of expensive, unnecessary tests. Dr. Baker is brand new - will be good when she's not so nervous. Some great employees, lots of incompetent ones. Beautiful facilities but pick a better established clinic if your dog/cat isn't crippled or recovering from surgery.
