	5/14/11	1	2	1	1	The staff members seemed very stuck up and rude. They would not allow me to go with my pet for a nail trim. I ve been going their for years and my pet always does better if I hold. When my pet came back one foot was cut way too short and started bleeding in the car. You could tell he was in pain. He laid around for the rest of the day, but he got up he limped out and came right back in. I had to give him an aspirin.
