My cat had pancreatitis, then diabetes. I spent many 100s of dollars on tests, when it was pretty obvious she had lost pancreatic function and was literally starving to death. My beef is that as she was wasting away, the vets kept insisting if we kept her on this regime of limited food and insulin, she might have a spontaneous remission. Instead, she got weaker and sicker and really died a horrible death. Had she gotten enough insulin, I'm think she would have been okay. Instead she died skeletal wreck.

This place is terrible. the lady who owns it seems nice enough, but is a terrible diagnostician. I spent weeks with her telling me my cat had different problems. Finally, i took the cat to another vet who told me within minutes that the cat had a tumour the size of a fist in it's abdomen. And by that time it was too late. I was unimpressed with her skill.

The staff is lovely and there is a fish in a tank to entertain the your kitty while he's getting his examination.
