Very rude and incompetent. They left my dog suffering from bloat sitting in pain for hours and destroyed any chance she had at survival, then blamed me for her illness. They botched the surgery that performed too late and left her alone. She died a horrible suffering death of bleeding to death internally, then they put her dead body on the floor of the dirty room full of living cats. Never again.
