Communication skills of clinicians are very poor. Not detail oriented. Slow to report lab results. I 'm left with the sense that they don't care about my pet.

As this clinic has grown, it has become more and more poorly managed. The turnover of staff is high, so developing a long-term relationship for the care of your pet is unlikely. Receptionists tend to act more qualified in the field than they are, and communication within the clinic is extremely poor resulting in errors and a general sense of confusion for the clients. Do not think that this vet will be forthcoming with all information in relation to medications and care available for your pet. Clients MUST be diligent in asking questions about options, or you will be presented with only one - the costly one. They love to promote their expensive products (food, treats, accessories), and aren't afraid to make you feel like you're an uncaring pet owner if you don't buy from them. Explore options for your pet with any vet, but consider this one with an extra bit of caution.
