I took my last dog, Zoe, to this clinic for ten years, and found them to be kind,compassionate, and straightforward.I always asked for Dr. Claudia, & she was wonderful.I continued going with my new dog,Jacob. He was not easy to deal with, but she took time, and had little trouble. HOWEVER, another other vet chose to muzzle and have a tech hold him (he's 7 kilos) which agitated him even more The last time i went,it was a minor emergency. Dr. Claudia was not available. I had my choice of the vet who had muzzled him a new vet. I took the new vet. He was miserable, not eating, straining when he had to poop. She claimed to have given him a 'full' examination,but couldn't see a problem, and charged me $75. I he found had fur matted around his anus, gave him a bath, and he was fine. I complained about a vet who couldn't solve such a simple problem and asked for a refund. Granted it wasn't a medical problem, but she should have recognized it and told me. I would have felt kind of stu

This clinic neglected to provide me with valuable information about my dog's health, delayed needed procedures. Then when the testing was finally done they told me it was too late to send my dog to a specialist. They did not have the knowledge to make that decision. I insisted on the referral and my dog got the life saving treatment. The worst part was the vet who neglected to act quickly enough, never acknowledged her error. I will never go back to this clinic. It is unfortunate because they do support raw diets and minimal vaccinations, but I would have lost my dog if I had listened to them.

I have an accident prone dog.. and Kindred Spirits has been kind, sympathetic and knowledgeable every time I have brought him in. The staff are lovely to deal with, support a raw diet and always give me treatment options.

The DVM`s at Kindred Spirits are the first I have met who support minimal vaccines and raw diet 100%. My dogs`love all the staff; they a friendly caring and clearly love animals. I you do not want to be hassled constantly about vaccinating this is your DVM; I take my dogs in every year for a health check and I am never told they need more vaccinations! They are awesome.
