Ive taken my dog to toronto vet emergency and guelp emergency. both places did not know what was wrong with my year old puppy. Toronto sent him home with prednosone after he was in the hospital for 5 days and after i spent alot of money for no answers. I needed a second opinion and made an appointment with Dr. Aziz. He has helped my dog so much . We have him almost completely of the prednosone , which hes been on since March. My dog is the puppy he should be now and he wouldnt be if it wasnt for Dr. Aziz. I cant thank him enough for what he has done. Would highly recommend him to family and friends.

would ' NEVER'' take any animal to see DR. AZIZ!! Does not care at 'ALL'. Just about the money and paying before your animals can be seen -IS VERY WRONG!!

We have been trying for months to find a solution to what was wrong with our cat, and every vet out there just prescribed medication after medication. We decided to get a second option and came to dr. Aziz. Right away he took all the tests, and figured out within an hour what was wrong. More importantly though, Dr Aziz was incredibly compassionate and caring, which stood out immediately. You can tell he cares for his patients. He took his time explaining everything to us, and despite giving us bad news about our cat, he tried to give us every possible solution. The staff is also so kind, and patient which makes a difference. They called us daily to give updates, and overall showed such professionalism and kindness. They went above and beyond to make sure we got the best help we could get. If you ever need a vet, I PROMISE Dr. Aziz and staff are the best. I normally never write reviews but this was worthy to share. I am forever thankful for the amazing service and experience I got.

I've been a client at this vet for 5 years. (I took my Siamese rescue here and they saved her life.). Before it was taken over by Dr. Aziz it was a good clinic. Now it's an amazing clinc. Prices are fair and the staff are fantastic. My dog got her first nail trim at a year and a half and she came back to me so happy. Every procedure she has ever had done has always been such a positive, fun experience for her. Love this vet office.

I have been taking my dog here for a while now & the Dr's & staff are amazing. I am so glad I found them. Dr. Aziz & Dr. Sam answer all your questions & concerns & are very compassionate, they really care. I am confident that my dog is getting the best care possible. Thank you

Dr Aziz is a wonderful and caring Vet he does all his own emergencies because he cares about his patients, I think people who complain about his prices have maybe not been to an emergency clinic before because they would be charged at least double what he charges. His staff is kind and caring and sometimes maybe not as experienced as you would like but that is because he is willing to give everyone a chance unlike other clinics that hire you only if you have experience. Dr Aziz and his staff are very compassionate.

The individuals that are hired are very nice individuals, but have no formal training. There are no registered veterinary technicians there, which I had an issue with. Again, while all the animal assistants were nice and professional, none of them had formal training. Dr Aziz was very good with my kitten, but I am slightly concerned by the lack of a veterinary technician and experienced assistants in the clinic

Dr. Aziz we can not recommend you highly enough. we couldn't ask for a better vet or staff you and your team are above all our expectations. we have had all three family pets"2 cats and a dog" treated by Dr. Aziz our dog "Snowy' was very sick and these guys were wonderful. they saved snowy life. very caring and understanding vet. Our "snowy" is extremely comfortable with him and the environment. we could highly recommend this vet clinic they really do care about your pets well being. we have also brought out cats here and the received the same wonderful caring service. well done Dr. Aziz and your team.

Dr. Aziz and his team are fantastic. They are always happy to see my cat and myself, always professional when taking care of him, and helpful. My cat has a very hostile nature towards strangers, even more so with men, and despite this, Dr. Aziz is always nice to my cat and still gives the best care possible. I've already recommended my parents to this clinic, and would recommend anybody else with an animal to go to this clinic.

Excellent, caring people. I followed Dr. Aziz from his previous employment because he has looked after my furbabies for about 3 years. Prices excellent. I've had furbabies all my life and have never had such a compassionate vet. He takes time to explain, make you, the human understand and he will do whatever is possible to save your fur. He will also respectfully let you know when it's time to allow your baby to go home. Dr. Aziz gave us 8 months extra with our furboy, but when I was praying that he could do more Dr. Aziz assured me it was time, I was making the best decision. Cotton passed looking into his buddy's eye's, not mine, but he went home peacefully and is finally at rest. Dr. Aziz will always be our vet. He continues to care lovingly for our Pom Mariah and he will care for our future rescues. This vet is now going to learn orthopedic surgery so we can afford this expensive surgery when needed.Thank-you for all you and your girls do.

Dr.Aziz is such a caring vet! He took his time and explained everything, he even explained my pets x-rays! He was very thorough in the exam and absolutely sweet. He has confidence in what he does. He even took the time to answer all my questions. The staff are amazing and kind. He has the best prices in town. I am recommending him to all my friends and family!

Dr. Aziz, as a person, seemed very friendly; one can tell that he enjoys his position as a veterinarian. The place was clean, and the staff was not overly friendly, but perfect. What I will say, however, is that Dr. Aziz and his staff are not in sync when it comes to prices, as well as just the staff individually. When I called I was told that the second set of vaccinations were going to be $60.00, but when I was finished it was $65.00. We had asked about the price of a vaccination;the doctor said one price and the receptionist said another price. I personally believe that they do things haphazardly. I asked for a vaccination record, and the receptionist seemed to be confused as to why I was asking. Other than this, I am overall satisfied with the care my puppy received. The prices are still reasonable, but when a business gives a certain quote, they should honour it!

I can't say enough about the staff at Dog and Cat clinic of Niagra. I have had a great experience there. Dr. Aziz is Totally professional the best vet I have ever taken my pet to see. If you are looking for a vet to bring your pets to, than I HIGHLY RECOMEND going to this one. Dr. aAziz also treats all his patients with the outmost care and respect and always tries his best with all of the animals

Doctor Aziz is a wonderful vet. He made a house call to see my cat and he was very kind and gentle with her. I am happy to see that he just took over this clinic. In the short time that he has owned it he and his staff have made a lot of improvements and I see that he will be treating dogs there too which will be welcomed by many pet owners.

Excellent clinic. . .have been a client for the last six years and they have caught a variety of problems my cats have had really early on. . .they really know their stuff and will get you the best care. My cats are older and they really carefully monitor them. They are also great with one of my cats that tends to be a little aggressive when he's stressed out. Their prices are good for the area--and MUCH less than what you pay in big cities. The staff there are fantastic and very compassionate. Highly recommend to my friends in the area--your cats will get the best care and you never feel rushed if you want to ask a lot of questions about your cat.

After many years of good service, I found the new vet (and owner of the clinic) confrontational and pushy when it came to diagnostic tests for our cat. She seemed content to tell, rather than listen. Eventually I was reduced to tears (in front of our three year-old son) and not even offered a tissue. I had our kitty's records transferred to another animal hospital. The estimate for tests and treatment came to nearly $800; there was tangible pressure to go through with everything suggested, leading me to suspect that money is a major priority. The Cat Clinic is a business after all. Still, I am not comfortable remaining a client because, though I am willing to pay for good vet care, I also expect communication and compassion (for both kitties and customers) in return.

I found some of the staff to be very rude, and I was treated very poorly when I questioned anything they recommend. The doctor was very vague about her diagnosis, and very vague about specific treatment options. I often left the clinic feeling disrespected and helpless. They are more interested in money than the unique needs of your animal.

Although the staff are very friendly, I always felt they were either trying to get more money out of me or cover their butts about a diagnosis. I never felt very comfortable with them.

? The bills are rarely under 350.00 for each visit for each cat. On top of this they recommend almost yearly teeth cleaning from the age of two at 600.00 a pop. Yearly approx. vet bill for each cat 1300.00+. With all the cats that need homes these bills seem staggeringly high. Can't help feeling taken advantage of here.
