I highly recommend Hicks Animal Hospital to any caring pet parent. The staff is very friendly to both humans and animals. They also treat you in a timly matter: ER's 1st, then appointments, then walk-ins. Dr. Hicks has had some very tough and unusual cases referred over to her when no other vet was able to help 'said' animal. She NEVER gives up on an animal and has performed countless successful surgeries on animals that most vets would not have known what to have done short of putting the animal to sleep. With Dr. Hicks, putting an animal to sleep is so far at the bottom of her list that it barly exist. She is able to do extensive research and find a medication, surgery, treatment, or something to keep the animal health, alive, and pain free. She continues her Veterarnian education on a regular basis by attending veterarnian conferences and etc. Dr. Hicks has personally performed miracles on my animals that no one else would have ever dreamed of. She also provides discounts.
