The entire staff are very warm, friendly, compassionate & knowledgable. The veterinarians are wonderful with both pets & their families making everyone feel at ease. From my experience, they are in this for their love of animals & NOT for the money.I have been to many vets in my lifetime & Dr Carle & her colleagues have a calling. Your pet is the patient & they do what's in his/her best interest. The vets give you all the info & options & let you decide what you can/will do. Very reasonable rates & the vets even stagger treatments/procedures to make things more easily affordable. Very clean, modern & pleasant facilities, many tests & scans done on location. Very prompt service (the staff make themselves avail at your convenience whenever possible). I feel better knowing my babies are in their capable & competent hands. Both My dog "Meko"(heart disease & cancer)& cat "Sav"(immune system issues) would not be here today if not for Dr Carle, Dr Gruia,& Dr Riendeau, how do you "rate" that?

I also make that long trip all the way from the West Island just so that my animals see Dr. Christine Carle. I consulted many vets, all the way from the West Island to the South Shore, and even Sainte Hyacinth, for my husky. He had chronic sneezing, and after spending thousands of dollars at other clinics, nobody was able to help. Finally my cousin referred me to Dr. Carle, and within a couple of visits my dog was diagnosed and on his way to a more comfortable life. She was also the only vet to recommend the curative treatment for my cat's thyroid condition. I had previously watched three other of my cats go through the pill treatment route, each with the same result... an early death. My cat is now 16 and healthy. The clinic staff are also wonderful & this clinic isn't any more expensive than other clinics. I am grateful for the most incredible vet in the world, who's caring, compassion, expertise and skill have helped many of my animals when nobody else could.

Yes Dr. Carle is okay as long as you are prepared to pay triple of every other veterinarian in the region but you may not always get results and your pet will be put through unnecessary testing of anything to charge you as much as possible. Save yourself some money and run. Honestly with the many pets I've had there I finally found a wonderful vet in Chambly. This place in St. Lambert & Greenfield Park will empty your wallet faster than you can drive there.

Dr. Christine Carle is actually amazing. We (many of us from from the West Island)make the trip across the dreaded Champlain Bridge because she is a terrific diagnostician and an even better surgeon. She is compassionate and you can always trust that your animal is in the very best hands when you leave you 'best friend' in her care. 15 years ago, 4 vets on the west Island had given up on my dog and all of them wanted to euthanize him. . Dr. Carle was recommended to me and she had my dog diagnosed after 3 sets of blood tests and cured in less than 3 weeks. Twelve years later he was still alive. I have sent her numerous patients and she has helped every single one. She is to my knowledge, the very best there is.

I don't think there is a better vet anywhere in Quebec. Dre. Christine Carle is outstanding, she will do everything in her powers to help heal an animal, she truly cares about her patients and their owners. If something is wrong with your pet, Dre.. Carle will find out what it is. Also they do blood tests in house which save a lot of time. She saved my 7 year old Great Dane when he had a complete stomach contortion. No other vet would have done what she did and for that I will always be thankful.
