Dr. Chivers and team are amazing. They have cared for all 5 of my cats over the years and they have been apart of everything! New kitten shots, annual vaccinations, spay/neuter, treatment of cancer in my senior boy and the eventual euthanasia of my senior boy. The team are kind, thoughtful and so passionate. Dr. Chivers is the best vet I have ever had and I will continue to go to him for as long as I can. I can not say enough about Dr. Chivers and his wonderful team!

I brought my new kitten to see Dr. Chivers, and I was incredibly impressed with him and his staff. Dr. Chivers was so kind, and he took the time to answer all of my questions. He is clearly knowledgeable and I knew immediately I was in excellent hands. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I am so glad I found Dr. Chivers! He's the only vet I trust to operate on my cat. I love, love, love Dr. Chivers and Garden City Cat Hospital.

Best vet ever paws down. We been seeing the Dr for all of our breeding cats. As a breeder we have lots of cost and health concerns (tests) about the cats. It seems effortless to the client (us) wich it should be he is very experienced and a good vet thank you for keeping care of my cats.

I think Dr. Chivers is attentive and reactivate to the cats needs. My girl is 14 and not doing well but he is trying his best to figure out the problem is. I read the others reviews and think that they made bad decisions!! If a cat is choking take it to the emergency vet. The doctor cannot be there every moment!! What if the cat was choking at 1 a.m? Don't always believe these reviews. People are stressed and it everyone else's fault if the animal is distress! Dr. Chivers is human with a family of his own and even though I'm sure he loves his profession he's human and does his best for all concerned. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been using this vet ever since I adopted my first cat in 1999. Since then, I have adopted 6 cats. Dr. Chivers has always been highly attentive, compassionate and knowledgable; he is very considerate and learns about each and everyone of his cat clients! When I have needed immediate care, he has always made sure that I was seen immediately. His staff is great, professional and very friendly. I will always recommend this Vet to anyone! In terms of prices, you always get what you pay for, which is excellent care!!!

I really like the Dr. at this practice. My cat was diagnosed with kidney failure and i feel he was compassionate, knowlegeable, and priced fairly considering her problems. I do not overly like their reception/managerial staff; however, their technican Marcy is great. I would recomment this doctor to anyone. (and my cat loves him)
