Click to report rating    3/20/11   5     5     5     5   I had taken my dog as an emergency visit and saw Dr. Valles. She is an incredible doctor and I was completly satisfied with the service SHE SAVED MY DOGS LIFE. So pleased that I have 4 dogs and have had all the paperwork transferred over to continue there care with them. RID: 23698
Click to report rating    3/12/09   5     5     5     5   I have taken my two dogs here and will not go to any other Vet. I was very satisfied with the care that Dr. Haun provided. It is extremely easy to get an appointment. I had went to a bigger clinic and it was harder and more expensive to get my pets treated. RID: 12085
Click to report rating    12/17/07   2     2     1     1   I took my dog there to have her ear checked and Dr. Haun killed her by giving her gas. I had taken her there a week before because of an ear infection and they anesthesied her to clean out her ear. I picked her up and Dr. Haun told me to bring her back in a week for an ear check. When I brought her back he complained he could not see in her ear because of all the hair. (He's the one who supposedly cleaned out her ear a week previously). He started pulling the hair out of her ears but she was squrming. He suddenly picked her up and started to carry her to a back room and told me to wait in waiting room. I assumed he was going to have someone else hold her or restrain her like they do at grooming places. I was wrong. Without my permission or knowledge, he gave her gas and it killed her. I will never take another animal there. RID: 6688
