Very insensitive staff. Did not care that I had a family member in ICU and yelled at my teen daughter about taking a kitten to Humane Society after our older cat would harm it. Communication problems regarding how this should have been handled. Brought to Humane Society so it would not be harmed. Would not let us be billed for services after initial office visit. VERY INSENSITIVE!
