i BROUGHT MY DOG IN FOR A LIGAMENT RUPTURE REPAIR SURGERY AND DR. ZAIGHAM AND THE SURGEON WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS FROM START TO FINISH. STAFF MEMBERS WERE ALSO VERY WELCOMING AND WARM, PLUS THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE IN THE AREA!!

Its a RipOff, i would not recommend it to anyone, they did an x-ray on my pet without even checking and kept her on fluid just for making money and never even shared the lab reports and made a $1100 invoice for nothing, no follow up, dr ijaz never picks up any customers phone, but will call his staff and tell them to give a $50 discount on. $1100 bill and apologize about the crap work that they have done,,,,complete rip off, wrong diagnosis and a waste of time...there are tons of better vets than him in vancouver

Dr. Ijaz is a great vet who went through everything I needed to know about my pets' condition. I came to him with an elderly pet whom I knew was sick and wouldn't live much longer. Dr Ijaz spent a long time answering all my questions about my pet's condition and what I could do to make him more comfortable. The clinic is open late and I was even able to speak with the doctor after 7pm over the phone one night. Sadly my boy did pass away earlier this year but he received lots of care from Dr Ijaz and his friendly staff.

Dr. Brigitte Sonnendrucker is a complete wreck! She is way too conventional, and administers unneccessary vaccines for my dog to make profits. She is "new" to raw feeding, and she does not keep up to date with new forms of care. Brigitte is a vegetarian, and so she wanted my dog to eat raw fish 3-4 times a week. Iresearched this online, and dogs are not supposed to eat raw fish more than 2X per week because of the missing amino acid. I asked her about this, and her response was, "HOW WOULD I KNOW? I DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO LOOK INTO THAT!! She looked really pissed. She puts my friends dog who has allergies on Atopica, even though she has liver and pancreas problems, and told my friend to feed her 10 benadryls per day so that her dog won't itch, Brigitte informed my friend that there are no side effects whatsoever. Also both Brigitte and front staff are rude and unprofessional, they talk about their clients in front of other client; and they laugh at their clients..in a derogatory manner

The vet was over 30 minutes late for our appointment. We had arranged the first appointment of the day, so I don't know what he was doing. The receptionist was nice enough, but the vet was not very thorough, and we paid almost $200 for just a routine physical and 2 vaccines! I don't mind spending the money for my dog's healthcare, but for this doctor, and what little he did, it didn't seem worth it. I would recommend finding a more professional clinic with better value.

New management is very good coperative and caring specially Vet gives a followup calls regularly and that creats good trust
