Extremely rude staff and the main tactic is to sell you a bunch of extra services that they I repeat they recommend. If they treat the animals like they tray the people that come her your pets are in big trouble. I have been taking my pets here for many year's. In the past few years I have a had mostly bad experiences with the people that work here. I HAVE HAD MY LIMIT STAY AWAY

My wife and I took our puppy here only because the store that we purchased her from goes through them, and it was the only way that we could get her $400 surgery covered instead of going to our regular vet because this vet misdiagnosed her to begin with. We had heard good and bad things about them but we tried to stay optimistic and see for ourselves. The staff is not friendly what so ever, borderline rude, we had to wait 30mins past our "appointment" time, the staff had their kids running around in the back office while working. They didn't offer pre or post-op instructions like our regular vet did until we asked and even then it was very brief. Once the surgery was finished we weren't notified of the status of our puppy until we called ourselves. They didn't even offer us the puppy cone, until we asked again. This is our first puppy so some of these things might seem minimal to others but I guess our regular vet has spoiled us by doing above and beyond what this vet did not.
