A couple of years ago my friends found a litter of feral kittens they couldn't keep. They were able to find homes for all but one, so I ended up taking her. I was living with my parents, about to move out in a couple weeks to start college. My parents had other cats, so I wanted to get her checked out before introducing her into the home in case she had a communicable disease. My regular vet was unavailable, but Quakerhill took me in that day. The vet even gave me a discount because she knew I was on a budget. When all of the tests came back normal, they offered to transfer the file to my regular vet free of charge. I loved the experience at Quakerhill and decided to remain on as a client. We've even switched my other cats over to them!

I've been taking my adult dog to this vet since he was a little puppy he is now 9 yrs old. I haven't had any complaints and been pretty much satisfied with their services until he was misdiagnosed by the VET they took blood samples and an ABDO XR and said he could have a tumor in his ABDO and surgery was the only option and/or to prepare for end of life TX options. Long story short my dog is now diagnosed with diabetes for about 1 months now. Intially I trusted the VET to provide the best possible care for my dog. The VET started my dog on the wrong type of insulin and overlooked his condition. At this point I am not a satisfied customer and in the process of finding another VET. I myself have a medical background and felt that I overlooked the situation and got mislead by the vet. Best advice i can give is make sure you know all your options and details before settling and always ask questions. Some VETS are in for the $$ while others are there to provide the best possible TLC.
