Took my ragdoll to have his wellness check up since we moved here from NY. He had a rabies vaccine and a nasal spray which he never had. Lethargic night of visit. Two days later he became more lethargic, sneezing and he wouldn't even meow. I make a follow up appointment due to him doing so poorly. My mother n law had to take him due to me working, I wrote a detailed note of his symptoms and asked her to call me. She did call and she did reassure me she felt he was just having a delayed reaction to the vaccine. She gave him a shot for nausea and an antihistamine pill. I told her had no nausea since he had been eating fine. Upon leaving they asked for payment, asked to bill,NO BILLING. Harassed for payment x2. NOT PET FRIENDLY-MONEY HUNGRY!!!!

The facility is welcoming and clean. It is pricey though and in the end they require so many examinations for your cat that you easily spend $400 for one visit. There are two assistants up front, one is very pleasant and accommodating and the other is rude and guilts you into buying medicine and prescriptions only from them which end up being more expensive then you can find online.
