hi there ,i had my dog there recently ,he was in for teeth scaling and extraction ,when i arrived to pick him up ,he had a muzzle on him ,to which i dont think there was a need ,hes never bit anyone ,wasnt called to ask if id mind the muzzle and then they were bandaging his little paw ,i said what is going on with the paw ,the assistant told me due to stress he had ripped his claw off , ,i wasnt impressed ,now i have to spend the next week or so carrying him around and upstairs to do his business ,really not happy ,the poor dog had 20 teeth pulled ,isnt that pain enough!!! DR ANWAR WAS A NICE doctor hard to understand though .

I am extremely pleased with Dr. Anwar. He takes the time to explain everything in detail. The front staff is always willing to answer any questions we have about our animals. Overall, one of the best veterinary clinics I have visited.

I found this vet to be expensive. Their facilities are clean but very small and crampy. I would give a better rating but the last dealing I had with them left me with a sour taste in my mouth. My cat was very ill and one of their staff members called me at work and demanded I make the decision to either euthanize my kitty or spend $3000 on a surgery they couldn't guarantee would work. When I told her I needed a few minutes to think she actually yelled at me and told me she'd give me 5 minutes as they already had my kitty under anesthesia on the table. As soon as he was healthy enough I took him out of there and immediately found him another vet!

I feel like their prices are high for seniors with animals. Staff are good however their office is small. Doctors are okay but hard to understand.

Love these guys! Friendliest staff around, and you can ask them a thousand questions and they're happy to answer! When we adopted two very sick kitties, they gave excellent advice and now they're happy and healthy! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Though the prices are cheap, this is not a clinic I would recommend to anyone. After years of seeing my pets they suddenly decided that they would no longer fill prescriptions for the medications that my pets need. The clinic is far too small and the staff are less than polite. I found that the front end staff were very arrogant and unhelpful. Have since started visiting heritage hills and am much more pleased with the service and professionalism there.

This is the best Vet clinic I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. I have had many cats in my life and have dealt with many clinics and would like to recommend Lakeside for the kind and professional way I have been treated. A special thanks to the fine Doctors and courteous staff for the care they have provided for my Angel. Thanks Randy
