Took my 3yr old poodle in May28th,Due to negligence my dog's,Sugar Level dropped so low that he couldn't & wouldn't recover.He Passed the next day.Dr's ,Tech's,staff reassured me if there were any change in my dog's condition they would notify me immediately!All the while,i was in constant contact calling them,next day,checking on him & confirming while in process of buying the things needed for his at home care.Scheduled stay 24hrs. Letting them know that i was coming to pick him up that evening.With no mention at all that he had passed @ 1:00p.m. earlier that day 3 phone calls i made to them.after the time that he had already passed not one word of his passing! When i arrived to pick him up Dr.Fan informed me then of his passing .Saying that she just got on her shift & had no details of time or what happened.& that was the 1st knowledge on his case. That she did not have notes hard copyfile & there was no info.in computer system as well!To Find out she was Dr.there night before.etc..
