I have been attending this clinic with my cats and dogs since 1998. Vinny, Isobel and Daniel are extremely good veterinarians, very compassionate and make every attempt to provide the best possible care for my pets. When possible, they offer the more conservative and affordable treatment. The staff in the clinic are without exception wonderful and very good with my animals. I cannot recommend them more highly and would not go anywhere else.

I highly not recomending to visit this clinic, Staff no very educated about medicines, and Dr's wants your money. They will trick you on money, and your dogs or cat will never be cure proper way. They just focus on your money, do not trust them when they talk to you nice.

Had horrible experience when I had to bring in my elder dog to be put to sleep. After discussing cremation and picking out a urn, receptionist wanted for me to pay right away. I was totally distraught and upset as one can imagine. I was holding my severely ill dog in my arms and had to fish my wallet out of my purse, fumble with my debit card to pay upfront. And all this time there were staff standing behind the counter offering no assistance whatsoever. They were just concerned with making sure I pay up. this clinic over the years has become so much about money. They also need to figure out a more compassionate and kinder way of dealing with owners when they bring their animals in to be put to sleep. Changed vets after this horrible experience

Vinnie Hetram has been my vet for 22 years. He's smart, my animals love him, and I trust him. He saved my German Shepherd, Seth, when he had Hypothyroidism, and wasn't exibiting any of the normal signs. I was scared to death, but Vinnie told me it was like looking for a needle in a haystack, to be patient, while we do the process of elimination. He found it, and now Seth is well again! If he moved to Australia, I would follow him, he's that great.My daughter's persian had polycystic Kidneys, and he removed one, and extended her life for a year! He's patient, gives you the goods up front, and then the options for treatment. And his recomendations. All of his clients will tell you what a great person he is! He is just wonderful!
