I can’t recommend this vet clinic enough!
My cat has been struggling with respiratory problems and Dr. Korosi has been an absolute lifesaver.
I originally was a client when he and his wife Patty first opened but had to move for work after 10 years and have been to many other vets in the meantime, I just recently moved back to the area and have never been happier with the service.
Dr.K took the time to thoroughly understand my cats specific needs and developed a tailored treatment plan that has greatly improved the quality of her life.
The veterinary tech’s are friendly, efficient, and clearly passionate about animal care. I have no issues with communication, everything has always been explained thoroughly, and nothing has been done without my consent.
I highly recommend.

I continue to be impressed with this vet clinic. I have been going here 2 years and I cannot say enough kind words about the staff here. I usually see Dr. Johnston. He is amazing! He gives you as much time as you need for your appointment and explains everything going on with my dog. I also have to give credit to all the vet techs and receptionists. EVERYONE cares there. I truly feel like I'm visiting with family when I visit there. Victoria, one of the vet techs, is the most kind and honest person. She treats my dog like he's hers and makes us both feel welcome. When I had to take my dog to get a procedure done with a specialist, Victoria called me the next day to ask how he did, just because she cared.I have always been one to avoid vet clinics as much as possible because I thought they were always out to take your money. This clinic has given me so many deals and has even advised when to book appointments together to save money.You can trust these people 100%.

Riverside Pet Hospital is the best clinic I ever went to. I have two dogs and they take care of them the same way they would treat their own pets. I fully trust their medical advices. The staff is very friendly and warm and most importantly they are super nice to my dogs. I can call anytime for questions and they always take the time to talk to me. I will never go anywhere else! 1 have used Riverside for over 15 years and continued to even after moving 20km away due to the positive experience every time dealing with them. Dr. Paul Johnston is a joy to have as a vet as he is very compassionate, highly knowledgeable and always provides you with options, not just the most expensive treatment. All staff enjoy their jobs and provide the positive experience everyone is looking for. I highly recommend you see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

I had the worst experience at riverside pet hospital in Ajax. I had to asked some questions over the phone after my puppy was hurt at the groomers. After the conversation when I was done with the vet that was looking after her injury, I called back. I asked to speak to the manager, I was shocked to find out it was the office manager on the phone with me. I had to tell the vet looking after her what vaccines she had and was having a hard time hearing her, I asked her to spell out a vaccine for me so my 13 year old daughter could write them down. I was already stressed out and It was hard to hear her. I was on Bluetooth in the car, my daughter was with me on the way to the vet where my puppy was getting staples from the injury caused by the groomers. I was not understanding the acronym she saying, so to make it easier I repeated D, D like dog and she replied yeah D like Dumb! I will never go back there ever! My daughter was so upset for me, I was furious! She was the most un professiona

We started taking our dog to the clinic 5 years ago. We have been continually impressed with Dr. Mike and Dr. Paul and all the support staff who are wonderful and caring. Everyone demonstrates professionalism and compassion and the team work tirelessly to give our dog the treatment we feel he deserves which is why we willl keep coming back. The staff is amazing. You only have to wait if the vet is spending the necessary time to explain things. They don't "up sell" they are honestly looking to keep your pet family. I have had 8 animals and have been with them for 19 years and just got an after hours call from Dr Korosi about my sick dog. This clinic and vets and staff are amazing.

We took our dog from 11 weeks to 2 years and were constantly called for follow-ups, checkups and things we really didn't need to pay for. He got so sick after his vaccine that he was hospitalized and they denied it was from the vaccine. We took him to another vet and had him tested - his antibodies were sky high after 3 years and Riverside wanted to revaccinate him in 2 years!!!! They also misdiagnosed my dog as having fleas when he had ticks. My dog has never been healthier since I changed vets.....When a Vet wont put his Licence number on the Rabies certificate That's a big red flag!!! BEWARE.

I took my two dogs to this vet for a few years, feeling that I was constantly being up sold. They play off of the fact that you care about your pet and feel bad gif their not feeling well, pushing products and services that are not necessary. The final straw was when I took my 1 year old in because she seemed off and I thought she might have a UTI. They asked for a urine sample and said they would let me know the results. I received a message on my voicemail saying my dog "might have diabetes" so they would run the test again but I should call back to discuss putting my dog on dialysis. Who leaves something like that on someone's voicemail? Considering it turned out to be nothing, I was furious that they had been so inconsiderate to terrify someone with that kind of news without knowing for sure.

We have been using this vet clinic for 18 years and have always had a good experience. Staff are friendly and both doctors are very good. We moved 30 km away and tried a local vet and where disappointed and now drive to continue to use Riverside.

I have been bringing my 15 year old cat here since she was a kitten. Everyone is extremely caring and go out of their way to make it a positive experience not only for me but my sometimes crabby pet. Dr. Korosi and Dr. Johnston are amazing.

I have taken my cat to this vet a few times. Every single time I go, they try to upsell and "suggest" services that are unnecessary. I don't appreciate the "would you like to go ahead with .... " approach. The staff is friendly enough but the upselling has made me switch vets.
