NO STARS!!! ABSOLUTELY, HORRIBLY RUDE!!! I was told by my cat sitter, their senior vet tech, that as SOP, they ALWAYS tell people they are NOT taking new patients!!! Guess their business is booming in these hard times and they do not need clients. HOWEVER, I was also told by my cat sitter that if I told them I was referred by someone in-house, that they would take me. Then, I was put on hold 3 times and then hung up on!!!
