Missed my dog's main tumor despite it being right under the skin. Another vet found it in a quick physical exam. A quick and easy biopsy is possible. Instead, took two weeks and 1300USD to perform two biopsies of a hard-to-reach secondary tumor instead. They both failed to get a useful sample. Gave me a different reason every day why they didn't have lab results. Told me that I wasnt important when, after a week and needing to know if I should travel for work the next day, I was unhappy to learn that they finally did have results and that no one had called me with them. I asked to file a complaint a week ago, they said someone would call me. No one has.
