Dr. Crum and his assistants are the absolute best equine practitioners in the greater Lancaster and surrounding county areas, and definitely a value for the services provided. Friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help out with a phone call to try to save the customer money when able. The only reason why I put a "4" for facilities, is that Dr. Crum works out of an old farmhouse, and has little in the way of facilities, especially for the really big problems, which isn't a big deal, because if your horse is hurt that bad, then you'll end up at one of two places for major stuff anyway: tOSU Equine Medical Facility or Woodland Run.
