I took my cat to this ER because my vet's office was closed. He was dizzy, disoriented and not focusing well--seemed a lot like vertigo. They ran tests to determine if it was a head injury. He was treated with meds, oxygen, saline and ran blood tests. They had checked his ears and determined that there was "some" blockage in one ear but it was hard to keep him still enough to get a good look. I was told that an ear blockage was unlikely the problem and that I should leave him overnight to see the neurologist the next morning. They continued to run tests to eliminate other possibilities and kept him another night. They even suggested a $3000 MRI! Only then did they suggest taking him next door to a specialist who put him under, removed a ton of ear wax and sent me home with antibiotics and a cat that was completely back to normal. My total bill was $2,200. Sure wish I could have seen my vet. I have no doubt that she would've checked the years first. It's definitely all about the money wi

Very pricey not good in keeping you in the loop. They are more concerned about telling you about the cost of the service. When your money runs out so will the treatment. They do however have one excellent vet Dr. HHow that if you need to use them I highly recommend.
