Dr Thomas is the best. So sad she has retired and the Cat Hospital closed.

Dr. Thomas is very knowledgable, experienced and the interest of the cats well being is her primary concern, thus it is a pleasant experience that your cat not your purse is the priority. My sisters and I go there with our cats and appreciate the clinics customer service from beginning to end. Though it would be easier to take our cats to the vet we take our dog, I would never change them from the Cat Clinic, because of the solid experience we have had with Dr. Thomas and staff

Didn't have the best experience here, unfortunately. Dr. Thomas spent the whole of my cats' appointment full-on lecturing me on basic cat care (despite having two beautifully healthy girls and being a cat owner my whole life). Felt a bit like being a teenager again, and not in a good way. I don't know whether the tech at the front desk was full time staff, but she came off very much as a disinterested intern; just there to give you a form to fill out and to collect payment at the end. No smiles, no questions about why I was there, didn't even so much as look in the cat carrier. I had just recently moved to Toronto and brought my girls in to get their annual shots, only to be told, after the appointment was half done, that this clinic doesn't believe in giving "unnecessary" shots. Not a philosophy I disagree with, but I would have liked to have been told that when I made the appointment. Went once, will not be returning.

Dr Thomas is very attentive and explains things in a simple manner. She doesn't recommend surgery if it's not necessary nor does she forces tests to be done. The Cat Hospital has fair prices starting from $70-80 for an initial assessment.

Dr Thomas is the best! She is caring, competent and thorough. We have been taking our outdoor cat there for the past 17 years and his longevity is a testament to her good care. We have also boarded him at the Cat Hospital and despite his introverted nature they made his stay enjoyable. The fact there are no dogs is a big plus. I highly recommend this professional and reasonably priced service to anyone with a feline companion.

This is the best office i have been to. The staff are friendly. They gave my kitten a free carrier toys and lots of food samples. Dr Thomas was so kind. I have never had a vet spend so much time talking to me and explaining things. Usually I feel rushed but with her not at all. Prices are reasonable and they aren't trying to scam you. Great clinic.
