After being treated very very badly at Legion Road, I decided to find a new vet. There are several good people working here but one extremely rude vet (she hung up on me, saying "this conversation is over" after I disputed her decision to medicate my dog without my permission) combined with poor oversight and management (I tried several times to clarify the situation with the vet's supervisors before the phone call described here) has convinced me that I would be taking a chance, an expensive one, by staying at Legion Road.

The Legion Rd Clinic provides poor animal care. My wife and I have been taking our dog to them for almost a year; we were recently out of town and had to bring our dog into another vet for care. We got more than we bargained for--this other vet told us our dog had advanced gum disease. Did we know? NO--because Legion Rd never told us the dog has gum disease.
Legion RD Animal Clinic also overcharges significantly--every visit cost an arm and a leg (a vet in Fairfield CT was cheaper--FAIRFIELD CT, folks...).
Beware of Wally Diehl. He will neglect your pets and rip you off.
