Click to report rating    7/4/10   1     1     2     1   The manager was very rude. I had one good vet there but after he left it was down hill.I did end up losing my dog because of the hospital not following thru with care. Instead of doing the right thing all they did was blame me for their mistakes. RID: 18639
Click to report rating    8/30/09   1     1     1     1   This was the worst experience I have had with ANY vet. I had taken a sick kitten into their emergency clinic where they took the cat back without acknowledging me. I was then sent to a room where I sat for 20 min. I was told that the kitten needed a transfusion immediately to survive, which sadly I could not afford. After the kitten was humanely euthanized (via cardiac stick!) the tech came in was a completely different cause of illness and told me that the kitten would probably NOT have survived even with a transfusion. Not to mention when I asked why they had to use a cardiac stick they said that the kittens veins were too small for injection. How did they expect to do a VERY expensive blood transfusion when they could not access the kittens veins due to age and size? All in all I am very upset about the whole experience and would not recommend ANYONE to trust their pet in this vets care! RID: 14047
Click to report rating    8/17/09   5     5     5     5   I have been to several veterinary clinics and I have never experienced a more compassionate and thorough doctor visit. My appointment was scheduled for an hour where in the past I would have 15-20 minutes to see the doctor. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood how to better care for my dog. I would not go elsewhere after my experiences there. RID: 13890
Click to report rating    6/24/08   1     1     1     1   I wouldn't take my pet here, even for preventative care. I left my cat for a few hours so they could sedate her because they wouldn't examine her without it, and when I got her home, she couldn't walk. She proceded to not eat or drink for days, and I had to hand feed her and take her to her litter box. To make the whole experience worse, they showed no compassion and became very defensive when I took her back in to be checked. The manager was very rude, treating me like I was a bother. He never looked at the cat--showed no sign of concern. The vet that examined her called to say they determined that she had soft tissue trauma as a result of being in their care. She also admitted twice to blowing in the cat's face as she was being injected, which certainly won't relax a cat. When I stopped in to get additional medicine for her, the manager stormed out and insisted there was "nothing wrong with the cat," and blamed me for her pain. My girl is still not walking right from this experience. RID: 9020
