I've never trusted vets, I've been lied to, cheated, and dealt with arrogant and snobby vets who treated me and my pets poorly. But VCH changed that. My first experience at VCH was after another vet had misdiagnosed my 13yr old dog; I had called in a bit of a panic at about 9pm, there was no answer and I didn't even leave a message, but Dr. Bestic called back about 15mins later and spent at least 30mins on the phone with me discussing what to do with my ill shepherd, he was even willing to come in that very evening. He fit me in first thing in the morning, and found a bleeding tumor, I made the decision to put her to sleep that day, hardest decision of my life. But I now entrust the health of my three dogs to Dr. Bestic and the VCH team, they're all very professional, friendly, and compassionate. I highly recommend them if you want a great vet who cares.
