I’ve been taking my dog to see Dr. Rosely and her team for more than 13 years. I have always felt welcomed by all staff and both I and my dog have been treated very well. All procedures and standard exams/tests were explained to me in colourful detail and every time I asked for a quote it was provided to me without question. Believe it or not when I took the time to research other clinics and their pricing there was never much difference. Beyond financial honesty and professional competence the staff at Avonlea expressed much compassion to my family and I when some tough decisions had to be made in regards to our senior dog. Today I have two dogs of my own, their veterinary history started at a different clinic because of proximity to my home, but I quickly realized that treatment like the one received from Dr. Rosely and her team is rare; and so to Hollybank I went with my handsome boys, we couldn’t be happier! Congrats to Dr. Rosely and her team!

Staff is mediocre and do not seem to know what they are doing. They only seem to care about money and offer very little value. We were pushed to do unnecessary tests on our cat when all she needed were some meds. We only went here because it was close to our home but we will be going to another vet - the extra drive will be worth it.

Excellent Clinic. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. <3 Dr Rosely. We stop by just to say hello and get a weight from time to time. Always greeted with a smile and some x-tra love for my pooch :O)

Over-priced! Dr Rosali, the owner, tries to squeeze every cent from you. They'll do procedures without asking and then charge you for it. They want blood work for every little thing. Tired of being gouged and moved on to another. Avoid if you value your hard-earned money.

20 minutes late for our appointment. Did not receive appropriate information concerning new vaccine including the risks vs benefits. Dog currently having violent adverse reaction to a vaccine that is known to cause anaphylaxis in small dogs & for a disease not even prevalent in our area. Not impressed and will not return.

What a great clinic! The staff at Hollybank are simply amazing. I saw Dr. Brill and she was amazing. Educated my husband and I and we walked out knowing exactly what was going on with our kitten. Would definitely recommend this clinic. The receptionist had a smile on her face and i felt comfortable with everyone.

I could not have asked for better service. since we started taking our pets to this clinic we have had nothing but positive service and back in june when I had to put down my best friend of 17 1/2 years - they were all caring and compassionate at all stages of the process. Everything was explained in detail and everyone acted with the utmost compassion and help. I am blessed to have had the support during this emotional and traumatic time in my life!

We used to bring our dog to this vet but the charges for basic procedures were outrageous compared to other places so we switched to Robinson Pet Hospital. The main VET Dr.Azeli was very nice and caring however the other staff members were incompetent and didn't know what was going on half the time.

Worst place to take yor pets. Over priced with Dumba$$ staff that are incompetent. Dr roseli is money hungry which means you pay double for all your meds and check ups. Do your research look at the reviews for avonlea. No other vet will sedate animals to get blood work done. They tryevery way to get money out of you with no service . Don't bother taking your pet there. They will rip you off and push for sh!t that isn't needed. Sh!ttiest vet ever

Extremely please with Dr. LaPointe and the staff at Hollybank Animal Hospital. Very kind, loving, friendly and informative. They do advise you, but do not push or oversell. Everyone there remembers your pets name(s) and specifics traits about them. Definitely the best Vet experiences I have ever had!

Great location and caring staff!Parking and traffic is never an issue (unlike my previous vet). It is amazing how stressless our visits have been since finding Hollybank. I am sure that my dog could sense my tension as he was always acting up when we went for his shots at our previous vet. Now, he actually looks forward to it. His tails is wagging like mad as soon as we step out of the car! He loves his new vet Linda!
