The only place I would take my pets. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. They always greet me and my cat Rascal by name. The doctors always give me their time, answer questions and explain any health issues. I trust that my pets are always in good hands. Really appreciated when they called to check up on us when our cat had been hospitalized for a few days recently. Great care.

My dog was really sick recently and the folks at North Bay Animal hospital were incredible. Explained what was wrong, how they were going to treat her, how much it would cost. I really appreciated their professionalism and their compassion for my girl. I was encouraged to call everyday and they were always happy to update me. When Daisy finally came home the doctor went over all the medications and nstructions for her care. She even called me a few days later to check in on her progress. Too bad people don't seem to get this quality of health care! Thanks so much to the team at North Bay Animal Hospital!

I have been going to this Veterinary Clinic for 16 yrs now. Every time I have to go for yearly vaccinations or for other serious reasons the staff has always been 100% friendly to me and to my pets. Their weight is always checked before the appt. Dr. Rhea has been an outstanding vet, she takes the time and listens to your questions. When we had to put our Shep/Lab mix down 3 yrs ago, Dr. Rhea was incredible and so was the staff. Now I have 2 Bulldogs which sometimes require a little more care but I still receive outstanding service and my boys receive lots of attention.

Great caring group of people. My appointment was on time and the doctor was easy to talk to. I did not feel rushed and I felt that everyone had my cat's best interest at heart. Highly recommend this clinic

Lovely, helpful front office staff always know me by name. All of the doctors are knowledgeable and seem to really care about my dog and my concerns. Beautiful, warm clinic- doesn't feel like a hospital.

I was extremely disappointed with my last visit. My little Border Terrier was having issues that the vet was unable to diagnose. He said quote, " without seeing her actually having an episode I do not want to guess. If you can video tape her having one of this episodes and come back". He was not willing to do any test and this 10 minute visit cost me $85. Doing some research on-line I was later able to find out what my dogs problem was. It is Canine Epileptoid Cramping Syndrome (CECS or formerly known as "Spike's Disease"). I actually viewed a video on line of a Border Terrier having a CECS episode and it was exactly what my dog experienced. With that cost of service you would think a vet would have at least known this. No happy at all.
