when I had a second visit at my home since I adopted a dog from the Humane Society.Dr. Bruce told me he was not sick with kennel cough. then why did the Humane Society give me meds for the dog? My other dog got sick too,and he told me that they were not sick. I had to take them to another vet to get them well. I called him and wanted a refund. He got mad, and hung the phone up on me. I called back and got a refund for the home visit.
