The front desk is great. I only will see one doctore there. A tall black women who's door is to the far left. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't go there. The old guy (doctor) gets u in and out as fast as he can. He don't care at all. I watched another doctor drop a exposed syringe and then stick it in my dog. I flipped out! I haven't seen this women since but if this place wasn't so close to home I would go there. Next time I have a problem I will take a day off work and go to a different vet.

Adopted about a 4 hour year cat. Two months later I am STILL treating her for UTI/Bladder infections and Ear Mites and infections. I ask questions and I am dismissed without answers. Get you in and out as fast as possible. I am paying for an exam and spent no more than 5 minutes or 10 minutes with the vet. They disappear with the pet, give you the medicine and push you out the door. Keep asking questions and dismissed over same problems. No appointments. Have to wait in assembly line with other people. I am sick of not getting my money's worth and getting my cat thoroughly treated. I am about saving money, but my cat is not getting better and multiple rounds of ear mite treatments and antibiotics is not working for her. That is hard on the animal. I want to make sure she is cured or doesn't have a larger problem. Will try another bet.

I have been taking my animals to Dr. Mascol for over ten years. I will not go to any one else! He is phenomenal! Every place is going to have its ups & downs. Make your appt with Dr. Mascol and you will continue to return.

I have been taking my pets 1 dog 5 cats to Dundalk Animal Hospital for 15 years and have seen both great and not so good. Taken as a whole this is a good practice that tries to service the greatest number of pets in order to keep prices down. My best experience was with my German Shepherd who developed cancer. Dr Foster operated on her and gave us another 5 years with her. At 12 she developed a spinal inflammation and again Dr. Foster knew exactly what to do; she got steroid injections once a month. I asked Dr. Foster how long this would work and he told me I would know when it was time to let her go. She lasted another 11 months; giving us time to accept the inevitable. Dr. Foster told me to bring her in whenever it was time and he would be there. I let my good girl go on a Thursday and Dr. Foster was not on schedule but he came and did this last service for me and my Roxanne. Dr. Foster explained everything he did from the shot that relaxed her to the one that stopped her heart.

I have heard nothing but horror stories about this man, Dr, Foster. Not only have I heard stories but I have witnessed it first hand with the death of two pets! We recently took our bunny to the vet for a hang nail, and she ended up dying, for such a simple illness! When we saw she was not getting better we took her to another vet, who then asked why did he band aid her paw, as it is common knowledge among Vets that you do not band aid rabbits. Dr. Foster did not give her any pain killers, which in turn caused her to stop eating for days. She died yesterday. This did not have to happen. If we had not taken her to such an incompetent fool ( Who I am sure does not posses a licence to practice on rabbits) I'm sure she would still be alive and well today, being her lively and loving self.
Please stay away from this Vet. It is better to spend the extra dollar than to watch your pet die in unnecessary pain.

I received a letter over a year after getting services there, saying I owed $299.00 by the end of the month (5 days away). No explanation or bill was included! It said FINAL NOTICE even though I was never notified at all! I have my last bill showing I paid in full. It's like extortion! Very unproffessional!

Have gone there for over ten years and the quality of service is slipping now. Dr. Foster is a fine vet. Some of the new others, not so much.

Lower cost vet care but not the quality of some other places. Certain vets are more helpful than others.
