Looked after my pets for 35 years.. as long as they were just doing maintenance they are fine.. Not bad mouthing any particular Vet .just don't have an emergency because they will not be there when you need them..I called today becuase my dog is just trembling and shaking like he is in shock, I am five min away and they could not look at him for 5 hours.. I am extremely upset with that..That is totally unaceptable for me after 35 years of trusting them.This will be the last pet I ever use them for.. I need them to be there in an emergency or they are useless to me.. very upsetting.. I have had good vets over the years but not being able to be seen in less than 5 hours with a very sick pet is so not acceptable

Been going here for 25+ years and always had great service. Recently a very bad experience that seemed to be all about money!!! I guess it's a health care money grab. Dispensing fees seem to be the new normal and recently found other vets are much cheaper. It's not all about the money but it does make a difference. Customer loyalty seems to not matter. Get a quote! Shop around.

I would not recommend Dr.Harold Ledermueller for a vet after the treatment I received from him regarding my lab pup who had to have his leg amputated because of an accident. $$$$ is all this vet is worried about, he was unsympathetic to my feelings and wishes for my pup. I wanted to have my pup PTS but he refused to do this and told me that I can pay to have him PTS but he would amputate his leg and adopt my pup out. My pup has since lost his leg, had a 2nd surgery to fix this vets "butcher job" and is still bandaged up and has a drain tube inserted in the incision. For 10 days he was on the wrong dose of antibiotics, 250mg instead of the 500mg that was printed on the bottle and prescribed for him when he had to go back in for surgery to remove bone that protruded through the skin. His staff are good, it's a very large practice and I have met 2 good vets there but unfortunately they weren't there when the accident happened.
