Every time I have gone to this clinic it has always been a positive experience. My pet just got surgery this week and the staff were sooo friendly and helpful in calming me down. I totally trusted that my pet was in good hands. Unlike 24HR Vet Clinic. Plus the cost was less then 1/2 the price 24HR was going to charge me. The vet here was so helpful in explaining everything to me and answered all my questions. I would 100% take my animals back to this clinic. Thank you Gardiner Park Vet Clinic for your great service and hospitality.

Took my dog in because he was in pain. Had him to another vet who thought he was fine. But he was still yelping and sad so we took him to Gardiner park. They did XRay's. Found out it was a disc in his neck and that he had to take it easy (no jumping or stairs, try and keep him calm and carry him around) they gave us some painkillers. All said and done it cost over $800 for x-rays and doggy tylenol

Our dog was having seizures and we took him to the clinic in the evening. They told us to leave him overnight. The next day we called and they said they wanted to keep him one more day but that we should not come in to visit as it could upset him. We were very concerned but thought they should know what was best for him. On the following day when we called the secretary said he was dead. She followed that statement up with if you want the body you better get in here and pick him up right now because he is starting to stink. This was our beloved family member. To be spoken to in this way about his death was cruel, unnecessary and offensive. We have doubts that he passed away that day and in fact think he may have passed within the first 24 hours. We will never forget this horrific event and are still so upset we left him with these terrible people. As an aside the bill was huge.

I have been dealing with Dr. Bardutz for many years (30+) on my various birds & dogs. He truly cares about your furry/feathered friends, & I would and have followed him all over Regina, where ever he goes. His compassion & caring are very evident & instills utmost faith that you are getting the very best care for your precious family members. The staff are very friendly & truly seem to care about your critters. While taking your animal to 'the vet' is usually not the happiest occasion, I feel very confident that my animals are being given the very best care possible. While sometimes I have had to wait a little longer for my appointments, I understand it is because Dr. Bardutz does not rush you out of the examining room & strives to answer all questions & give reassurances to worried 'pet parents'. I have also arrived early & more often than not, gotten in way before my scheduled appointment. I feel I am definitely getting the most bang for my buck.

Brought my 1 year old dog in their for vaccinations. She's piddles when she's nervous, so after I cleaned up her pee, the vet tech asks me to wait outside until the vet is ready for us. And it was pretty chilly. Dr. Bardutz is fantastic though! If it wasn't for him I was going to move clinics.

As an exotic pet owner it can be scary to leave pets in someone elses care but the staff here are absolutely fantastic. They made me feel relaxed about leaving my chameleon for the day and they also knew what they were talking about. You can tell that Dr. Bardutz cares about his patients and he makes sure that you understand everything he's saying. I will continue to see him for all my vet needs and would recommend this vet clinic to anyone!

I have taken my German Sheppard here to see Dr, Bardutz for over 2 years. Dr.Bardutz treats your family member and you the very best that anyone could ask for. Honesty, caring and totally trusting him with the care of your loved one is the best decision you could make. My boy was very sick when I got recommended to him, and within days he was able to bring a total turnaround in my dogs health. Something that his previous vet failed to do in months and many visits. It was very easy to trust Dr. Bardutz in the treatment of Duncan as his compassion and ability to explain things that needed to be done to achieve the goal of helping your pet overcome its health issue,big or small. If your new to Regina or looking for a new vet to help your family member, this gentleman is someone I would highly recommend.

We have taken our dogs/cats/rabbits to this vet for 20 years. He always takes his time to explain diagnosis and treatment options. If he is running late it's because he is generous with his time and makes sure he addresses all his clients concerns.

I have taken my pets here for about 4 years now and my auntie has taken her pets here for 25 years! I love Dr.B, he is great! He also understands that its hard for some people to afford vet care so if you cant afford your bill in one payment, he allows you to do it monthly! He sometimes can be late, but thats because he makes sure to spend quality time with you and your pet. The vet techs are also great! They are always giving my dog treats and attention! My dog loves going to the vet and is never scared! We used to go to 24 hour vet clinic, but my dogs hated it there and this place is so much better! I dont know what I will do when he retires.
