I have been at this vet for 3 yrs. we have had a few complaints regarding treatment and needing return services because ey misdiagnosed our dog. On Our last visit there was a slew of new staff members.. THe new staff wasn't friendly and didn't seem as knowledgeable. I didn't feel welcomed nor cared for on our past visit and will not be returning.

It's hard to find a good vet. Dr Caudy at Village Gate loves my dog as much as I do. She goes above and beyond what you would expect - every single visit. She makes sure I understand the care she is providing to my dog. Her followup is great, too. I've been to several vets in the area and I never had a follow up call from the vet until we started going to Village Gate. Dr Caudy always follows up after a sick visit. I am leaving the Columbus area and I am really going to miss Village Gate and Dr Caudy. I asked her to move her clinic to Phoenix, but I think that may have been too much to ask. Anything short of that, Im sure she would do, or try to do. She is the best.

All of the veterinarians are amazing!! Boarding service highly recommended. The owner of the hospital is Dr. Caudy and she clearly loves every animal that comes in the door. You can tell as soon as you step in the building that your animal is top priority. Even before you walk in you can usually see boarding dogs getting one of their two daily walks in the yard. The kennel employees are always throwing in some free TLC when I take my dog there.
