Amazing hospital! Extremely knowledgable staff, always going the extra mile to do the best for your pet. I see people post about their prices, but you get what you pay for and I don't mind spending money on my dog knowing that they've got his best interests at heart. It's not their job to know my financial status, it's their job to advice me of the best decisions for my pets health and well being. With that being said, they have always offered to give me estimates on the services they've recommended. A++

I have been taking my cats to this Clinic for many years and have been very pleased with the care, compassion and skill that I have experienced with all of the staff. The facility is VERY clean, and well staffed. I have had experience with both the regular day clinic as well as the emergency clinic and have found the same excellent level of care with both. The price of vet care is comparable with others in the area that I have had experience with. I have NEVER seen anyone mistreat or handle any pet in a less than caring, gentle manner. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone.

Be very careful at this clinic. The rooms are a little dirtier than I would like. They are highly overpriced and some of the staff can be rude and physically mishandle you pet. It's hit or miss. There's one tech who scares me and I cringe when she touches my baby. My pet was a stray and I had taken her there for an emergency plus all the follow up care. I really like her doctor so I continued to take her. That was two years ago. I took my baby in this past week because of a skin condition and had to see a different vet. I was accused of animal abuse from the emergency care visit from 2 yrs prior. I am still in shock! This vet even went as far as to tell me that I should never "Google" any information on animal care!! It's a very bad sign when a doctor tells you not to care about your pet!

My dog went here for rehab from surgery at VOSM in Maryland, and I could not be happier. Used their underwater treadmill and indoor pool, in addition to laser therapy. Staff is exemplary from the receptionist to the rehab team. Facility is spotless, large waiting room and plenty of parking, and considering they are close to the Philly area, reasonable prices. I have been going there for 5 months, driving 46 miles one way, and it has definitely been worth it. They use a new (to me) option for communicating to the staff called the Pet Portal, where you can go on-line and check on your next appointment and e-mail questions to the staff (which I always think off AFTER I have left the vet's office). GREAT PLACE! WONDERFUL rehab staff of Dr. Caulfield, Michelle Lazarski, and vet tech Krista.
