I paid $36 for antibiotics Aug 30. They suggested I do another course of the same antibiotic on Sep 9. The price on the 9th was $56. I was told it was because the supplier raised prices. I understand price increases, but 50% increase is not acceptable nor believable. I believe he just wanted me to bring the cat in again for the consult fee. Not explaining to me prior to purchasing the meds that the price had significantly increased was shocking. I asked to have the RX written next time for me to fill elsewhere. They said the charge $25 for that. This place is very shady.

Cannot express how much I HATE this place. One star because I can’t give negative numbers. This place would get a solid -20 out of 5. My dog was in serious pain and we didn’t know why. My wife took our dog in and the “vet” looked and said our dog has some lumps. Gave us some very expensive medication for pain and sent my wife and our dog away. When our dog was done the medication I had to go back for more. The “doc” said that we needed a blood test before he could give the medication again. He had to make sure that the kidneys were ok. So the “vet” took a blood sample to do the test and before he even left the room with the blood, gave me the medicine and said we could go. WTF? Can you say money grab? My dog was nothing more that a dollar sign here. The “vet” was as cold as the table they put my dog on and as much personality as the table too.
I added pictures of the dog that they saw as nothing more than an invoice.

Dr Mor is a compassionate, highly competent vet. He cured my cat of a deadly disease. Dr Mor's approach is to examine your pet and do tests. Then he will call you in person with the results and recommend treatment. You make those decisions according to your finances.

Our 2.4 lb dog has been saved by this clinic more than once. We adopted a chihuahua in bad shape. The clinic saw us immediately. They are curteous and friendly. Dr. Mor is quiet but he is brilliant especially with dental surgery. My dog had an abscessed mouth and was septic. We went to East London Hospital and they started him on meds and did surgery removing 19 bad teeth. He revovered amazingly well( at age 14)and his mouth is the size of an index finger. How he does it I dont know. He is a super vet!!My neighbours son cut their dogs ear open with safety scissors. We drove to the clinic with her dog who was bleeding out of the main ear artery. Blood was squirting on the ceiling, the walls and the dog was being agressive due to all the commotion. Dr Mor and Justine walked in and dr mor just walked over and froze his ear and stitched it up nd the dog just let him. He is gifged as are the vet techs and he is very cheap compared to other dental places. His rates are all competitive. SUPER!

Clinic its self is old, it could use new floors and a new coat of paint. But other than that staff was super friendly when I went there last year. They seemed like they really cared about me and my dog. The doctor took some extra time to make sure I fully understood the results for my dog and where we had to go from there to keep him healthy. I've been to tons of different clinics but if you want the best results for your money this clinic is where to go. Costs are reasonably cheap in comparison to other clinic in the London area without settling for quality of the care you receive. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Found the vet to be very rude. My dog tried to bite them when they went to take blood so they made me muzzle her and refused to do it them selves. I have been to another clinic since and they are much more understanding and would rather the dog bite them than me

Could hardly understand the vet. Was gentle with my cat but mumbled and I couldn't understand a word he was saying. When I asked questions about the shot and medicine he was given I got no information. I later had to go and search the medication on the internet. I would not come back.

Single worst vet visit Ive ever had, just moved to london,do not have a vet yet for my dogs and my 4 month old puppy was acting pretty sick, vomiting, serious diarrhea, wouldnt eat etc. The receptionist was good, polite and friendly but the actual vet was rude, didnt introduce himself, had no interest in even being nice to my puppy, without even asking started running $85 tests on my puppy, which signs showed he didnt have anyways. Beyond that, after that test of course came out negative, his next "suggestion" was xrays at 100 a piece,oh and not to mention he said it was necessary to send him home with almost 200 worth of medication for something he couldn't even diagnose. He put sub q fluid right into my dogs skin, not sub dermal, left him with huge bubbles which he told us to massage and they will be fine, not to mention pulled the needle out, covered us and our puppy in IV fluid and made several different holes. We left with no reason with why our puppy was sick. Will NEVER EVER go back!
