Horrible follow through. Horrible attention to detail. NEVER use this Alicia Karas or Tufts pharmacy. There clerk Becky is horrible.

I took my puppy in at 4 am we waited until after 6 just to talk to a dr in a dark ( no lights on ) bc of some power issue. The waiting room was filthy.. Blood spots on the floor urine etc. two days later I am still administering meds and although my puppy is better I am still waiting for someone to ca with these results. I am highly disappointed with the we will when we have time attitude. I hope I never have to go here again.n

Best animal care in the New England area! My cat was treated kindly and all options for treatment were given to us in a comprehensive manner. Communication was outstanding and prices were reasonable.

My greyhound was referred to Tufts for a bowel obstruction. Tufts found no obstruction, but my dog tested positive for whipworm that would be causing his illness. They withheld this information and recommended $4700.00 worth of surgery. Tufts then failed to administer the required Panacur for the whipworm, but told me that they had. My greyhound was diagnosed with IBD based on his lack of improvement from the Panacur that, in fact, they had failed to administer. He became so sick on the prednisone they prescribed, which can't be given to an animal with parasites, that he collapsed. When I complained to Tufts, they lied to me and told me parasites had been appropriately treated. I obtained the medical record which showed that Tufts had not treated parasites. For Tufts to cover up errors by lying to a client is disgusting to me and demonstrates that they do not respect their clients, and by extension, their pets.
