I contacted dr Kate Steinhacker by email in an attempt to get my cat seen at home as he hates the car. Her rates were good and after a few emails back and forth we had an appointment. However she never came. I tried to call her after half an hour to see if she was running late but she is unreachable except by email. She apparently double booked the appointment and sd she forgot to let me know. She apologized a d said it was her fault but would give me a break on price if i decided to rebook. The next available appt was 3 weeks later as she was going on vacation. Then we had a snowstorm so she couldnt make it. Next appointment - another week later. No flexiblity at all bc apparently she has an assistant only available Thursdays which she never told me! Her response when I said she had poor customer service - her practice is about "providing quality Integrative Medicine for dogs and cats. Healthcare." but if she can't get to the cat - how is she providing any type of healthcare?!
