I just moved into the area & I had to find my dog a new vet, so I made an appt. & took him here for a routine check-up. I didn't feel like the staff took their time in getting know my dog before just picking him & putting him on the table to be checked out. Then he was dragged down the hall to be weighed. I didn't feel comfortable with how they handled my dog. He is well behaved & knows how to walk on a leash just fine. Also, they took him in the back for about ten minutes to run some tests & he was making a lot of noise yelping, etc. I've never heard him do that at any other vet. He seemed like he couldn't wait to get out of there so when they brought him back to me, I told them I was going to put him in the car & be right back in to pay. The receptionist was watching me the whole time like I wasn't going to take off. Really? For less than $100 you're worried about me taking off & not paying? Well I paid but will not be bringing my dog back. I feel he deserves to be treated better.

The staff did a great job of treating our animals. They even boarded one of our cats for weeks free of charge because I was out of town and my wife couldn't perform the treatments on her own. Dr Spanish and Dr Kelso are very courteous and helpful.

We were treated poorly and our dog was not treated very nicely either. No one there seemed happy to be there. We will definitely not go back there. Our dog deserves better.

This is a small vet practice with a small office. The prices are good, and the doctors are good. They make your visit very quick and painless.
