Amazing!!! They not only got on the floor with my dog but they also spent the time to give him treats and made him comfortable before doing the exam.

Very rude and arrogant staff. They treated me like I was the dumbest pet owner on the planet. I do not recommend this clinic at all. If you want holistic health, take the time to drive into the Twin Cities. Don't waste your time or dignity with these people.

This is a new place next to Time Out in Elk River opened by one of the vets from Central Bird and Animal in Blaine. I was thrilled to see a holistic vet open by me and my first visit was pleasant and she was good with my small dog. She didn't push procedures or medications but offered me holistic and conventional options and allowed me to decide without judgment. She seemed to take her time with us and explain things thoroughly. I will be rating this place again once I have more of a history built up, but my initial visit afforded me nothing to complain about.
