The facilities are nice enough and the staff are friendly BUT..... the docs pushed unnecessary medicine and tests for my dog during each of our last 3 visits. Not surprisingly, they then charged an exorbitant amount for the meds. Find another good vet and don't let them steal from you and overmedicate your beloved pet.

Over 3 months, while spending a few thousand dollars on treatment, Dr. Lon continued to throw numerous unneeded medications and testing at my dog, while he had no idea what he was trying to treat. He flat out lied to me about test results. I eventually took my dog to Penn for a consult and they immediately took her off all of the meds because there was no logical reason for her to ever be on any of them. She now has a new vet, is un-medicated, and is healthy. He is awful.

Recently had my dog diagnosed with Cushing's Disease. The doctors and staff explained the disease to me, plus they took the time to answer any questions I had as they came up.

A total rip off. Dr. Lon saw our dog for breathing difficulty due to allergy. He never explained his fees, did an unnecessary chest x-Ray and a procedure and gave meds. My wife was hardly there for 45 minutes and he charged us over $1100 for this visit. I am a surgeon myself and have treated humans for 50+years and I know what I am saying. His charges for multiple unnecessary medications were over 100 times the cost. He has no conscious. Do not go to this doctor unless you want to be ripped off. To make it worse our dog is no better.

Dr,Lon is the best vet I have ever found. He really cares about my dogs, and he always take the time to talk to me about any problem they may have. He is the best.

used to be customer friendly, extra special...would no longer use them...many better in area
